Two kg baby who had right BT shunt at 1 week of age for Fallot tetralogy and pulmonary atresia. Three days later the LPA became almost disconnected from RPA and supplied only by a small PDA. He had successful transcatheter placement of 4 mm stent in the LPA which restored connection with RPA and improved flow to the left lung.[Figure 1] and [Figure 2]
