Figure 1 : TTE PLAXV shows thickened mitral leaflets with mild restriction of motion and doming of AML. A mean diastolic pressure gradient of 5 mmHg across the mitral valve was obtained by Doppler echocardiography. MVA by P1/2 T was 2.8 cm2. Color Doppler showed moderate MR.
